Enrolments & Payments
To attend an eSWIM lesson, class or squad you will first need to complete an eSWIM enrolment form.

When you enrol in eSWIM you will be added to the newsletter distribution list and will receive regular newsletters with lots of useful information on how to continue to improve your swimming and other notices about upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive these publications you can elect to unsubscribe when you receive your first email. eSWIM respects your privacy and does NOT share your details with any other organisation.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS
eSWIM uses Punchpass, an online booking system, to manage all lessons, classes and squads. To register for any eSWIM lesson, class or squad you must set up a Punchpass account. Click on the green "Create Account" button on the top right of the Punchpass screen. Please ensure you include your emergency contact details.
Group Classes, e-Pod Sessions & Squads
Once your account is set up you can register for the listed Group Classes, e-Pod Sessions and Squads. Registrations for Group Classes and e-Pod sessions can be made right up to the start of each class and can also be moved or cancelled through your account.
To pay for your Group Class, e-Pod and Squad you can purchase passes via Punchpass. After creating an account, select Purchase a Pass and choose the relevant pass. All prices are inclusive of GST
Private Lessons
Lesson and class payments are expected either prior to or at the time of the lesson.
All lessons can be paid for via your Punchpass account- follow the instructions above to create an account and select the appropriate lesson pass from those listed. Please note that you cannot register for private lessons via Punchpass as we need to do that from our end. Once your private lesson is confirmed you will receive a notification with all your lesson details.

If you are purchasing eSWIM merchandise or you need to make a payment that cannot be accommodated on Punchpass please use the banking transfer details below. Please pay for all lessons, classes and squads via Punchpass unless you have been instructed otherwise.

POOL ENTRY FEE
Please note that pool entry fees are not included in any lesson, class or squad prices and must be paid at reception before entering the pool. eSWIM clients receive discounted membership to HBF Stadium which includes access to the pools, gym and fitness centre programs such as pilates and pump classes.
