2025 ROTTO SQUAD INFORMATION

16-week training program: 14 October - 20 February (Christmas break 22 Dec - 4 Jan)
3 x sessions per week: Monday AM (1.5 hrs), Thursday PM (1.5hrs), Saturday AM (2 hours) Passionate, reliable coaches with years of experience Stroke correction and advice at ALL sessions
Proven record of success: ALL 2019, 2020 & 2023 eSWIM Rotto Squad swimmers successfully completed their Rottnest crossings. 2021 season - first female in the 25km Port to Pub + another 5 successful 25km swimmers, more than 30 x 20km solo swimmers and 10 duo swimmers in very difficult conditions. 2022 season – high completion rate in very difficult conditions including 4th female overall and more than 30 successful crossings. 2024 – 100% completion rate in Port to Pub including 2nd female overall in 19.7km.
Challenging, varied and tailored training programs including three strategically placed time trials and regular "Super Saturday Sessions"
Option to attend additional e-Pod Distance Training session Tuesday 5.30am - 7:00am (additional fee)
Weekly update emails with training and race prep info Guided open water swimming
Comprehensive Info Session at the start of the squad
Advice on race plans, diet, hydration, mental preparedness, race team personnel
Nutrition workshop with accredited sports dietitians from Nutrition Works Support Crew Workshop to build the best team to support your swim
